Please read the following information carefully before applying:
• When you click the Apply Now link you will need to create an account by clicking Sign-Up. Once you have completed this you will be forwarded to the application form. Only applications submitted through this page will be considered. Innsbruck applications are NOT processed through the main Íæż½ã½ã Admissions office.
• Unlike previous years, admissions will not be made on a rolling basis, or on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. The application process for 2026 will be highly competitive, so we are encouraging students to make an extra effort with their application, and especially with the essay question.
• All students wishing to participate in the Íæż½ã½ã-Innsbruck Summer School must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA and be in good standing at their home institution. Students on disciplinary and/or academic probation will not be accepted to the program. Students must have completed at least one semester at the college level at the time of application, meaning first-time freshman will not be eligible.
• The 2026 course list is available here. Applicants will be required to select their preferred courses as part of the online application. Please note, spaces on specific courses are not guaranteed and will be allocated in Spring 2026.
• The deadline for applications is December 3. This is a hard deadline, and no late applications will be permitted. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that all required materials, including those submitted on their behalf by their home institution, are submitted by the December 3 deadline. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete application.
• It is important that applicants check their email regularly for messages from our office regarding incorrect submissions or required documentation.
•Questions and queries can be sent to innsbruck@uno.edu.

Íæż½ã½ã Students
Íæż½ã½ã students must complete an online application, which includes uploading an unofficial transcript showing their course work to date and their cumulative GPA.
Íæż½ã½ã students are welcome to visit the International Center (room 128) on campus for assistance.
Please also visit our Scholarships page for information on Íæż½ã½ã Study Abroad Scholarships.

Non-Íæż½ã½ã Students
Non-Íæż½ã½ã students must upload a completed Home Campus Information Form (HCIF) to their Íæż½ã½ã-Innsbruck application. The HCIF requires a signature from a study abroad official at the student's home campus confirming that the student has completed all tasks required before applying to an external study abroad program. The 2026 HCIF can be downloaded here.
As part of the online application, all applicants are required to upload an unofficial transcript showing their course work to date and their cumulative GPA.
Please note: University of Georgia (UGA) students do NOT need to submit a HCIF. However, you must start your UGA study abroad application and authorize release of your records to external education abroad programs before December 3, 2025. More information can be obtained by emailing studyaway@uga.edu.
