ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Awarded Grant to Launch Food Waste Reduction Pilot Project

Students in the ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Garden Club plant sunflowers

Waste will be transported to the ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã campus garden, where it will be processed into compost by members of the ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Garden Club. The compost will then be used in the garden, turning food waste back into fresh food for the community.
