All Judicial Powers in the Íæż½ã½ã Student Government Association Constitution shall be vested in the Íæż½ã½ã SGA Supreme Court and any lower courts established, by Íæż½ã½ã SGA policy.
The Supreme Court is comprised of nine (9) Supreme Court Justices.
The Judiciary’s duties would include traffic violations, violations of academic integrity, violations of the University Code of Conduct in addition to impeachable offences, any all other duties as prescribed within Íæż½ã½ã SGA Policy as defined. The Judiciary, specifically the Supreme Court, is be empowered to hear complaints of, and levy punishments against Íæż½ã½ã SGA groups up to, but excluding, their dissolution/banishment from the Íæż½ã½ã SGA.
